SUCREA® SuMix soft Sponge
2000 g SUCREA® SuMix soft
700 g Water
800 g Oil
20 g SUCREA® Vanilla Mauritius
Blue Icing
1000 g SUCREA® Wrap Ice
500 g White fat
2 g Blue colouring
Method
1. Mix SuMix soft, water, oil and required flavours on slow speed for 2-3 minuites.
2. Deposit 50g of cupcake mix into cases and bake at 185°c for approximately 15 minutes until golden and firm to the touch. Leave to cool.
3. Whisk the fondant and white fat until light and fluffy adding colouring and flavours as desired.
4. Pipe on to the cupcakes when cooled and decorate as desired.
