35 g SUCREA® Lime Ricotta Fond
Thin disc of vanilla sponge 7cm

Instructions

Lime Ricotta Basic Recipe
Ingredients 250g fond, 200g water, 1000g fresh cream

Pipe Lime Ricotta Fond in the mold within 1cm of the top
Pipe in the centre Delifruit Redcurrant
Then place on top the disc of sponge to close
Freeze and decorate to your choice
