Unifine woos cash & carry sector with new desserts portfolio

Unifine Food & Bake Ingredients will be bringing its ChefLine range of dessert ingredients to BIE with a view to securing more cash and carry business in the UK.

 


ChefLine is the company's first full range of foodservice ingredients which are specifically designed for the busy chef who is strapped for time and skilled help but who wants to put quality at the top of the desserts menu.

 

Launched under the Sucrea ChefLine brand label, the company's new catering portfolio comprises simple to produce Bavarois Fonds for cream and dessert tarts and dessert powders for classical dishes such as Panna Cotta, Crême Brulée and Tiramisu.  These and other lines can be tailored to the customer's requirements and are complemented by a choice of premium dessert sauces and superior flavours in handy bottles.

 

ChefLine is an exciting new venture for Unifine – a company with well over a century of expertise in the sweet and savoury bakery and catering ingredients sector.  The Group's tailor-making skills and technical support is second to none and this is the first time that a full desserts range has been geared specifically to hotel, restaurant and larger-scale catering operations.
