Unifine Food & Bake Ingredients is the exclusive UK distributor of the Pruvé brand of ambient pastry and finished bakery products.
Pruvé's bases, tarts and tartlets, pastry cases and Genoese lines are the perfect complement to Unifine's fonds, compounds, fruit preparations and custards, sold under the Fruibel and Sucrea brands.
Entries must be submitted by 31st July 2010 using the official web entry form. All recipes should be original work and a photo of the finished product should accompany your entry. You may enter more than one recipe, but a maximum of three entries will be accepted; if more than three recipes are submitted, only the first three will be considered.
The winning entry will receive a prize of £100 worth of Pruvé products of their choice. Two runners up will receive a box of Unifine Belgian Chocolate decorations. There is no cash equivalent.
Judging will be by our resident Chef Pâtissier and a panel of experts at our Milton Keynes Development Centre. The winning recipes will be featured in our newsletter and/or web site. Winners will be notified by email by 6th August 2010.
